Little Meadow Family Yoga is a one of a kind studio, that offer children’s yoga classes and yoga for the whole family. Children are at the heart of this studio and it is filled with an abundance of playful, fun and carefully created classes. Come and check out our new studio and experience the warm welcome and casual atmosphere that has most of our customers coming back time after time.

Our new La Fox location allows us to bring children’s yoga to Geneva, St Charles, Elburn, which are all within a two minute drive. Batavia is only ten minutes away.

Not forgetting the adults here, you will find classes tailored for relaxation and calming at the end of the day.

Every child is a unique and wonderful mixture of qualities, personality traits, experiences and challenges. Yoga, meditation and breathing techniques can help children feel relaxed, connected and comfortable in their own bodies. Yoga can be a powerful tool in helping the body and mind reduce stress, relieve symptoms of depression, ADHD, and anxiety as well as process trauma.

We’re unique because we offer a chance to connect to a community of people who want to use yoga as a source for connecting to other parents in similar stages of life. For children to connect with each other and themselves, away from the daily onslaught of screens. For groups to come together to have fun with the practice of yoga as a unique event or night out.
